Please send your items back to us within 10 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
- Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 10 days (unless 10th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you.
- Any items marked flash sale, accessories or jewelry will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 25%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 30%+ off)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. "Final Sale" items that are approved by the website manager for return are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. If you do not respond within 5 days with payment information the item will be donated to a local charity organization.
Problems with your order?
- If you believe you have received defective product you must contact our boutique within 2 days of receiving your order.
- If you were sent incorrect products or sizes OR if you are missing items from your order, contact Addictive Apparel within 2 days of receiving your order by calling.
Please ship all returned items to the address below within the 10 day time frame as previously mentioned. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Please include a copy of the original invoice in your order and a note on how you wish to proceed, whether it be a store credit code or the item you wish to exchange for along with your size. Please include your phone number on the invoice so we can contact you easily if need be!
