Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & Sundays). During sales or high volume periods processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days depending on carrier.
Tracking your order - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Just make sure you enter your email.
Lost or Delayed Packages- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We're always happy to help guide you if needed.
Incorrect Addresses- Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
